Dear friends!
For once no story about discovering new places, new people….just a relaxed note that we are doing fine in our litte home, where we did a lot of working on these small issues, still open of the relocation to Sevilla, that we should have been doing already months ago. We have also archived some of the digital photographs, have a look at the enclosed picture of the ‘Feria de abril’…one of the cultural highlights of Sevilla in April 2008. These photographs have been taken by Alex, Nadine’s father! Well, we did not relly get very deep into the ‘Feria 2008′, as our little boy Til was born in this week
Today some very close friends of Switzerland, Marianne and Philipp, have arrived and we enjoyed talking for hours with them. Soon we will start to a little ’show-tour’ of Sevilla. Great to have them with us for some days!
Fortunately the boys are doing very well, both growing and giving us a lot of joy!

Friends,
Back in local Sevilla life, we enjoyed last night the second edition of the ‘long nights of the museums of Sevilla’: We especially went to two museum in the relaxing ‘Parque María Luisa’: Museo de los Artes y Costumbres’ and the archelogical museum. In the first one we enojed an interesting photography exibithion of the 1960 - 70 of Andalusia and joined two classical concerts in these inspiring event.
If you want to have a look at the offering of Sevilla’s museum check out the night program of this special event: www.nochelarga.com!
As we enjoyed this kind of event already in Zurich every year, it was a great pleasure to go on with this tradition here!

Dear friends!
Wow, again four intensive weeks have gone by, which have been mainly characterized by preparing a ‘Swiss holiday’, enjoying every day of it, and now getting back into our daily routines. Well, with two lively kids, a lot of interesting challenges and so many things we have not seen until yet, there is hardly time for routine
We had a great holiday with seeing families, friends, but still having enough time for relaxing within our little family circle. These kids grow so fast….it was incredible to see again how for example Til has evolved over these 2.5 weeks in Switzerland. Well, we all feel blessed that his sickness that was especially annoying for him has passed by. Good medical support and some old family recipes (thanks to Iris!) have helped our Til a lot. Additional highlights were the christianing of Til, which we celebrated in the same church as we got married 4 and a half year ago and the ‘Spanish weekend’, with Marc’s colleagues of Helvetia Spain in Switzerland, who participated with us in the management celebration of Helvetia’s 150th birtday.
Please find attached two pictures of the christianing event! A great godmother (sister of Nadine) and a great godfather (close friend of us) will accompany this young aspiring life as well in the next years. The ceremony was very nice and Til already participated strongly with his voice, while Mauro was listening very quietly
Well, the following apéro we all enjoyed with our families and friends.

Back in Sevilla, we were warmly welcomed by our neighbours and the kids, who live in the same area. And we are back in touch with our small, but nice local network of friends. By the way, Mona, a god Chilenean friend has just given birth two days ago to the wonderful Mateo….may he have a good health for all his upcoming adventures!
